The inaugural cooking series presented by 21 Acres continues with “A Local, Organic, Christmas Dinner” on Saturday, December 17, at 11 a.m. in the new 21 Acres Center for Local Food and Sustainable Living. You’ll enjoy the creative recipes and entertaining presentation. Chef DarinLeonardson’s menu for the course includes spiced cranberry pear cider, hot Dungeness crab and shrimp dip, warm spinach salad with bacon and Gorgonzola, winter roasted vegetables, gremolata-crusted grass fed prime rib, thyme and roasted shallot mashed potatoes and stuffed baked apples.
