Susie Egan of Cottage Lake Gardens will be a featured speaker at the NW Flower & Garden Show. Egan will present “A Symphony of Spring Ephemerals: Woodland Gems to Bridge the Seasons” Sunday, Feb. 12, at 4:45 p.m. in the Hood Room at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle.

Egan will discuss the beautiful world of spring ephemerals, those sweet little woodland gems that are the first wildflowers to bloom in spring whose fleeting beauty becomes a lasting memory in our gardens.

Admission is free.
