  • Written by Woodinville Weekly Staff

OLYMPIA — Lawmakers for the 45th Legislative District are inviting residents to join them for a mid-session town hall meeting on Saturday, Feb. 18, to share the latest legislative news and listen to the people they serve.

Sen. Andy Hill and Reps. Roger Goodman and Larry Springer will hold their town hall at Sammamish City Hall, from 1-2:30 p.m.

Instead of focusing on speeches and presentations, the jointly hosted event will concentrate on citizen questions on issues and a discussion of matters facing the Legislature.

The 2012 session began Jan. 9 and is scheduled to end Mar. 8.

Sammamish City Hall is located at 801 228th Ave SE, at the intersection of 228th Ave SE and SE 8th Street. It is across the street from the Skyline High School campus.

The 45th Legislative District includes Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation and parts of Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish.
