Pet of the Week - March 19, 2012

  • Written by Homeward Pet Adoption

Sox POWSox is a very special dog who was originally found as a stray in the Tacoma area. After being rescued from the local shelter, he now finds himself at Homeward Pet, where he is waiting for his new home. He is just over a year old and has a great temperament.

Sox hasn’t had the opportunity to meet cats before, but he gets along with other dogs just fine.

He loves people and would be a good choice for families with kids who are over six years old. This handsome brindle fellow is well-behaved and walks nicely on a leash.

He is looking for a homeowner who is familiar with his breed and has knowledge of strong breed dogs in general.

He would also appreciate a fenced yard with is new home so he can romp and play freely and safely.

Sox has made many friends here, but he is more than ready to settle into his lifetime home. He deserves a second chance and will be so appreciative when his special day finally comes.

Please consider meeting him soon if he seems like the dog for you!

Come meet Sox at Homeward Pet!  We’re located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville.  Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m, Wednesday through Sunday.  See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.
