‘Run for the Roses’ and help the Assistance League of the Eastside

“Run for the Roses” – a Kentucky Derby luncheon and fashion show to benefit the programs of Assistance League® of the Eastside


The locally based all-volunteer Assistance League of the Eastside is hosting a luncheon and fashion show on Friday, April 27, at the Bellevue Westin from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., to benefit the organization’s philanthropic programs.

In keeping with the Kentucky Derby theme, the event will be hosted by none other than Kentucky native and Seattle sports and media personality Steve Raible – and hats are suggested for all guests!

Luncheon tickets for the event are $65 per person and include catwalk fashions by Chicos, White House Black Market and Soma, hair and makeup by Gene Juarez and a brief presentation about the Assistance League’s programs.Tickets are required and can be purchased via the website:,  by contacting an Assistance League member, or by calling (425) 556-5106.
