In his latest book, “Growing at the Speed of Life, A Year in the Life of My First Kitchen Garden,” Kerr provides a whirlwind tour through his gardening adventures along with care and feeding recommendations for 60 herbs, vegetables and fruits and, of course, recipes reflecting the healthful lifestyle he embraces.
