Meet Chef Russell dean Lowell at Molbak’s

Get ready for summer entertaining by learning how to prepare and grill an entire salmon. Join Chef Russell dean Lowell, executive chef and owner of Molbak’s Garden Café, Russell’s and Russell Lowell Catering for a very special evening at Molbak’s on Thursday, June 21, 5- 6:30 p.m.

Lowell will demonstrate and offer pointers on perfectly filleting and grilling salmon and prepare a tasty summer salsa to complement the fish.  Attendees will be treated to a sample of Lowell’s mouth-watering creation, a glass of Washington wine, and complimentary Russell’s Original Spice Blend to take home.
