Get ready for x-country

Cross-country athletes are invited to train all summer with WHS coaches and athletes Mondays and Wednesdays (through July 30) from 10 a.m. to noon at the WHS track.

Some workouts will be off campus — transportation is not provided.

There is no fee, but participants must be junior high school age, high-school bound or older. All conditioning levels are welcome.

Mondays

July 2 : Boot camp intervals

July 9: Boot camp intervals

July 16: Hollywood Hill TT (off campus)

July 23: Boot camp intervals

July 30:Falcon 2m TT (off campus) @ Duvall Park

Wednesdays

June 27: Hurdle mini camp with Coach Sires and/or tempo run

July 4: (Yes, we will practice) Pole vault mini camp with Coach Storey and/or tempo run

July 11: Throwers mini camp with Coach Kitts and Coach Jered

July 18: High jump mini camp with Coach Green; Long and triple jump mini camp with Coach Kitts

July 25: Sprint mini camp (blocks, 30m timed test)with Coach Cody
