|B2B was all about food, sales|

The B2B Local Food Showcase, held recently at 21 Acres, provided an opportunity for farm, food and reseller businesses to make direct market connections.
The event connected farmers from Western Washington with commercial, wholesale and institutional buyers.
The Northwest Agriculture Business Center (NABC) through the Puget Sound Food Network (PSFN) is partnering with 21 Acres to build a sustainable, environmentally and economically sound agricultural industry through the fostering of these relationships and providing mechanisms to facilitate “business to business” (B2B) sales transactions.
The event marked the launch of the 21 Acres regional food hub pilot, supported by NABC’s technical and marketing assistance and will operate as an aggregation and distribution hub for farmers and buyers.
