The Fischer family reports a mom and three cubs are visiting them to feast on the apple and pear trees near Timbercrest Junior High  School off the west edge of the Lexington development. According to Lynn Fischer, the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife has notified the family that they would like to relocate the bears after their hibernation as they feel the cubs need to be with their mother. In response to that, Lynn said, “Can you imagine trying to catch all four of them at once?  By spring they’ll be knocking on my door as there will be four rather large bears wanting food!”
