Keeko is a gorgeous Malamute who is currently waiting at Homeward Pet for her forever home. This lovely lady came to Homeward from the Yakima area when her owners were no longer able to provide care for her. Keeko is a large girl, weighing in at roughly 130 pounds! If you are looking for a larger than life dog, than Keeko may be the pooch for you.
It is Adopt a Senior Pet Month, and at the age of 10, Keeko is a senior who is patiently waiting for her forever home. Keeko gets along fine with most dogs, but does need a cat-free home. She is looking for a home with children over the age of six who will be respectful, as she does have some mild arthritis. Senior pets are a joy to adopt as they are usually calmer, well behaved and have had some training.
Calm, laid back and easygoing, this gal will make a wonderful family companion. If Keeko seems like a great addition to your family then come visit Homeward Pet Adoption Center at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville to meet her.
This holiday season, join with Homeward Pet for the 3rd Annual Holiday Pet Food Drive to help animals and families in need in our community.
