Pet of the Week - December 10, 2012

Daisy POWHas your family been looking for a dog to goof off with and be your best friend?

Then come down to Homeward Pet and meet Daisy.

This one year old basset hound mix is a natural comedian and will keep you and your family laughing at her playful antics.

Daisy is looking for a home that wants a pooch to play and exercise with.

She would love to be your walking companion and romp around off-leash in the yard!

Daisy enjoys the company of other dogs and likes to play, play, play! She does think cats are beneath her though, so is looking for a cat- and small animal-free home. She enjoys play time with children over the age of 10.

Daisy’s goofy and charming nature will win you over, and her long velvet soft ears are irresistible.

Daisy originally was from the Yakima area and traveled over here in hopes of finding her forever home.

Might it be you?

She’s hoping that she will be home for the holidays and can spend her holidays and New Years in the love of a new home.

We are located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and are open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.

Sometimes a little extra help feeding a pet can make the difference in whether someone has to give up their beloved friend or not.

This holiday season, join with Homeward Pet for the third annual Holiday Pet Food Drive to help animals and families in need in our community.

Through December 31st, drop off your generous dog or cat food donation to Homeward Pet between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. or at any of the participating locations listed on our website, www.homewardpet.org.
