Unlocking the secrets of old family photos

  • Written by Woodinville Weekly Staff

A workshop to help identify those old, unlabeled family photos will be offered Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Woodinville Museum. Sponsored by the Woodinville Heritage Society, the workshop will be presented by WHS member Gloria Kraft, who has offered the workshop throughout the Eastside.  Participants will learn the difference between tintypes, carté-de-visite, cabinet cards, postcard photos and those long-ago Brownie snapshots.

Only a few spaces remain for participants, who will be provided with a list of supplies when they register with Gloria Kraft at (425) 868-2464 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The Woodinville Museum, housed in the 1931 DeYoung House, is at 14121 NE 171st St., Woodinville.
