A burglar with an aversion to renting home maintenance equipment removed the lock on the gate to a storage shed in the 16200 block of Woodinville- Redmond Road NE and made off with a generator, two pressure washers and a walk-behind cutter. There are no points accrued for keeping up with the Jones’s for anti-rental renegades.

A homeowner in the 12500 block of NE 164th Street reported that unknown suspect(s) painted over her sample colors on her house and door frame — Vandal or color critic? Regardless, this hue-hating vigilante needs to stifle their dream for a Bellevue Beige world.

A cranky customer in the 14300 block of NE 193rd Place expressed their displeasure over a posted price by delivering a swift kick to the garage door, resulting in a sizable dent and a charge of disorderly conduct. Who’s sorry now?

A patron in the 17800 block of Garden Way NE was peeved to find that a pickpocket had pried open her purse while she was picking produce and pilfered her pocketbook. What a perturbing predicament …
