Fire crews were dispatched to a fully involved house fire just after 6 p.m. in the 19100 block of 244 Ave NE.
Fire units from Woodinville, Duvall, Redmond, Monroe and Eastside Fire & Rescue all responded to the incident.

Given the rural area and lack of fire hydrants, water tenders were requested from Duvall, Monroe and Eastside to provide a water supply for firefighting operations.

The nearest hydrant was 10 minutes away as water shuttle operations were put into place with the water tenders.

Fire crews were forced to fight the fire from the exterior as the fire had burned long enough to compromise the structural integrity of the home.

No one was home at the time the fire broke out. There were no injuries to firefighters as they brought the fire under control.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the King County Fire Marshal.
