The King County Road Services Division will close a 500-foot section of Mink Road Northeast immediately south of Northeast Woodinville-Duvall Road for seven days beginning 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13.
This closure will continue through Friday, Feb. 19, and is set to coincide with the Presidents Day holiday and the Northshore School District mid-winter break to minimize local traffic disruption.
During the closure, crews will reconstruct a 500-foot section of Mink Road at a lower grade to match the new intersection.
While this work is underway, drivers will not have access to Mink Road from the Woodinville-Duvall Road/Mink Road intersection.
After the road has reopened, traffic on Woodinville-Duvall Road will be routed to the south half of that road while crews continue working on the north half.
Drivers will have unrestricted access to Mink Road. King County expects to have the entire project completed in May.
