Pet of the Week - October 7, 2013

  • Written by Homeward Pet Adoption Center

Flint POWFlint is a bold and lively little terrier mix hoping to find his forever home. This charmer is small sized but he has a big personality.

At one year old, Flint is still a youngster and was found as a stray in the Yakima area. He is a very social guy and enjoys the company of other dogs. He loves going out for walks and enjoys any opportunity to play and romp. This boy would make a wonderful little exercise companion. Due to how smart and active he is, Flint would benefit greatly from an owner with terrier experience and ongoing training.

If you are looking for a funny and entertaining canine buddy, come in for a play date with Flint!

We are located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and are open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

What Can An Adopted Dog Bring To Your Life?

There are as many responses to that question as there are dogs in this world.

That’s why Homeward Pet Adoption Center is encouraging people to adopt a shelter dog and experience the joy of finding their own answers.

Are you looking for an exercise buddy? A best friend and confidant for your child? A dog you can train with to learn animal-assisted therapy? A partner in agility competitions? A constant companion for your favorite senior citizen? A fuzzy face to greet you after a hard day at work?

An adopted dog can be all these things and so much more!

October is Adopt-A-Dog-Month, visit to see if your forever buddy is waiting for you.
