Holiday food donations needed at Union Gospel Mission
On an average day the Union Gospel Mission in Seattle prepares 1,200 meals in their kitchen for homeless men, women, and children.
It also providing more than 400 baskets of food for the holidays to families in the surrounding low-income community.
The mission needs non-perishable food donations: canned tuna, vegetables, fruit, and coffee are needed; and cranberries, rolls, candy, nuts, cake, and pudding mixes are in low supply.
