Hit the slopes indoors

skiing Snoqualmie Ski and Snowboard School bring a bit of the mountains indoors with mini ski lessons at the Children's Museum in December.
The ski school is building an indoor ski ramp in one of the museum's galleries so children can stay safe and warm while learning to ski. Trained instructors will be on hand to fit clothing, skis and boots.
The classes will be held on weekends Dec. 2 through 24. Daily classes are scheduled for Dec. 18 through 24. Both sessions are from 1 to 5 p.m.
The ski school activities are free with museum membership or $4.50 admission. Call 441-1768.
