On the holiday concert program


    The Seattle Symphonic Band, under the direction of Raydell Bradley, will present a special family holiday concert Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. in the Concert Hall at North Seattle Community College, 9600 College Way North. Admission is by donation. Ample, free on-campus parking is available.

   The Everett Chorale will present "Songs of the Season" Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. in the Everett Performing Arts Center. 206-259-8888.

   The Issaquah Chorale will greet the holiday season with a "Messiah" sing-along Dec. 3 at 3 p.m. at Faith United Methodist Church. Donations will benefit the chorale. Bring a non-perishable food item for the Issaquah Food Bank. Bring your own "Messiah" score or borrow one at the performance. Refreshments provided. 392-3679.

   The Sammamish Symphony will perform a Holiday Concert featuring string players from Issaquah middle schoold Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. at Pine Lake Covenant Church. Tickets are $8 and $6 youth and seniors are $6. 517-7777.

   The Bellevue Community College Symphonic Choir Holiday Concert, "Of the Good Earth and the Season," will be presented Nov. 28-29 at 7:30 p.m. at the college's Carlson Theater. Tickets are $6 at the door. 641-2694.

   Lake Washington Singers will present "Up on a House Top," an evening of holiday music for and about children Dec. 1 at 7:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at Highland Middle School, 15027 Bel-Red Rd., Belleue. Donations are $5 for adults, $3 for children with children 12 and under free. 881-7490.

   The Seattle Welsh Choir will present a unique Christmas Concert Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. at the University Welsh Choir's Christmas Concert. Tickets are available at the door for $7 for general admission and $5 for seniors and students. 363-7704.

   The North Seattle Community College Symphonic Band will present its fall concert, "Winds on Holiday," Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. at Concert Hall on campus. 528- 4707.

   The Chamber Chorale of Shoreline Community College will present its Holiday Concert Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the campus Little Theater. Featured music will include classics by Handel and Mendelssohn and music for Hanukkah and New Year. General admission is $6, $4 for students. 546-4687.

   The Northwest Girlchoir will present "Share the Spirit!," a family holiday concert and sing-along Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Seattle. 329-6255.

   The Shoreline Community College Concert Band makes it first performance of the school year with "The Almost Winter Concert II," Dec. 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Shorecrest Performing Arts Center. General admission is $5 and $4 for students and seniors. 546-4634.
