site council Bear Creek Elementary School is currently seeking applicants for a Site Council community member.
   The Site Council is a group of parents, staff, and community members whose task is to provide support for Bear Creek Elementary School. Programs, procedures, and practices are reviewed in order to make decisions that will impact the operation and direction of the school.
   Council members are elected to a two-year term, and the time commitment is one or two meetings per month.
   The community member of the site council will be taken from a pool of applicants who reside or work within the Bear Creek Elementary school service area and do not have children currently enrolled in Bear Creek.
