Each month, she has participated in a five-hour clinic of instruction in leadership, physical fitness, and performance skills.
In September, the Jr. Seagals performed at a Seahawk game in the Kingdome. They also visited the Bailey Boushay house, an AIDS Hospice in Seattle, traveled to Mt. Vernon to perform at a high school cheerleader competition, and performed at half-time last weekend at the Seahawks game.
