Fire District benefit charge notice to be mailed
Customers who own real property in Woodinville Fire and Life Safety District boundaries will be receiving by mail a notice for the 1996 Benefit Charge, the district said last week.
The Benefit Charge has been in place for the past six years, and once a year notices are sent out to advise residents of the amount.
This is only a notice, not a bill, and is not to be paid until the bill is received through the tax assessment statement.
Anyone who has sprinklered their residence or business may be entitled to a reduction of the Benefit Charge. Residents are advised to look at the notice and the amount. If they feel the information is not correct, they should contact the district at 483-2131.
