   Bill Weaver has been named vice president of sales and marketing at Cascade Cabinet Corporation in Woodinville. Weaver has more than 20 years experience in the cabinet industry. His responsibilities with Cascade cover all sales, marketing and customer service functions. This includes Cascade's sales force and dealers in the 13 western states.

   Darrell Heath has joined Lifestyles, manufacturers of bathtubs and spas, where he will be responsible for plumber direct sales. Heath brings more than 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with 20 years of bathtub sales. He is a Woodinville resident.

   Two new associates have joined Windermere Real Estate sales in its Woodinville office. Ann Luce, a resident of Woodinville, worked as a customer service loan representative in banking for over 15 years. Colleen Lynch was the owner and operator of The Little Country Preschool since 1989 and has 10 years experience in the insurance industry. Both women reside in Woodinville with their respective families.

   Jack and Pat Tenhulzen and Hollis Van Biene of Tenhulzen Remodeling in Redmond received a 1995 Excellence in Remodeling Award from the Building Industry Association of Washington. They earned the award for a bathroom remodel of less than $10,000.

   The Insurance Institute of America (IIA) presented the Distinguished Graduate Award in the Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) program to Claudia A. Leet, CPCU, AIAF, manager of standard commercial accounts for Aetna Life & Casualty, Seattle. The award is given each year to the person who earns the highest grade average for the national essay examinations in the program. Leet joined Aetna Life & Casualty in 1972 as a commercial property underwriter. She lives in Woodinville.

    Woodinville resident S. Vance Hickin has been promoted to vice president for Safeco Insurance Companies. He will also serve as president for F.B. Beattie, a Safeco subsidiary.
