Professional Practice Division new at Evergreen

health care Evergreen Community Health Care has formed a new Professional Practice Division for primary care physicians.
First to join the Professional Practice Division are 16 primary care physicians of the Evergreen Medical Group, which serves more than 70,000 people at practices located in Kirkland, Redmond, Kenmore, Woodinville, and Canyon Park.
Larry Johnson, M.D., chairman of the Evergreen Medical Group board, said patients at the five clinics aren't likely to notice any change, but that the group's partnership with Evergreen will allow the clinics to continue to build a more effective and efficient health care system.
According to Andrew Fallat, Evergreen CEO, Evergreen's new Professional Practice Division will assure that patients can access primary care physicians through Evergreen's multiple insurance contracts, including the new Boeing Plan with Health Washington.
Fallat stressed that Evergreen's arrangement with physicians in the Professional Practice Division is not to the exclusion of other physicians practicing in the community.
