   Antique Appraisal, Mar. 14, 7 p.m. Bette Bell, ISA, CAPP (certified appraiser of personal property), will tell you what the overlooked treasures in your home are worth; bring an item for appraisal; register.
   Meet the Artist: Mondrian! Mar. 16, 1 p.m. Schoolage children join local artist Angie Tallarico for an introduction to the world of the late great artist Piet Mondrian, then make their own Mondrian-like masterpiece to take home. Please register.
   Chaos! Mar. 19, 7 p.m. Don Fleming, Seattle Children's Theatre Drama School Director, give a dynamic presentation of the Chaos Theory, using games and theatrical techniques. For ages 6 and older. Please register.
   Preschool Storytime, Mondays and Tuesdays in March, 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Fun-filled half-hour of stories, music, and crafts for ages 3-8; parents welcome.
   Tax Help, Wednesdays through Apr. 11, 6:30-8:30 p.m.; Saturdays through Apr. 13, 2-4 p.m. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteers help prepare tax returns. Call to make an appointment.
