student page Holly Miller, a ninth grader at Northshore Junior High School, served as a page in the House of Representatives Feb. 12-16. Miller, the 15-year-old daughter of Chris and Michael Miller of Woodinville, was sponsored by Rep. Kathy Lambert, R-Redmond.
   As a page, Miller observed the Legislature in action and was responsible for delivering messages and documents to legislators in their offices, committee meetings, and the House chamber during floor sessions. She also continued her schooling for 2 hours during the day.
   To become a page, applicants must have a legislative sponsor and be between the ages of 14 and 17. They must also have a grade-point average of C+ or better and written permission from their parents and school.
   Miller takes part in the arts and aquatic activities and enjoys international travel. This year, she plans to visit New York, Washington, D.C., and Mexico.
