Free immunization clinics
Evergreen's Health Care Access Program is sponsoring two free measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) immunization clinics for Eastside students who'll be entering the sixth grade this fall. All students entering the sixth grade must have proof of immunization.
A May 11 clinic is for incoming sixth graders in the Lake Washington school district; the May 19 clinic is for those living in the Northshore school district. Each will be held from 9:30-3 p.m. in the hospital auditorium.
No appointment is necessary. Immunizations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child, and if possible, bring along the child's immunization record card (one will be provided if you don't have one).
