City of Bothell honors Mathew Wolff and Boy Scout Troop #64
The Bothell City Council are honoring Mathew Wolff and Boy Scout Troop 64 at a special presentation on May 6 at City Hall.
While working on a community service project with Troop 64, Wolff discovered four gold coins on city property.
Mayor John Curtin and the City Council will recognize Wolff and Troop 64 with proclamations acknowledging the Boy Scouts for their community service and Mathew for his honesty and integrity in dealing with the gold coins.
A framed display of the gold coins will be available for public viewing during the celebration.
The city will also establish a fund equal to the value of the coins, to be utilized for future community service projects by Troop 64 and other community youth groups.
