DeYoung may face Grimm's deputy for State Treasurer

State Treasurer OLYMPIA--State Treasurer Dan Grimm announced last week that he will not be seeking a third term, creating the possibility that Woodinville City Councilmember Lucy DeYoung will face Ann Daley, Grimm's deputy, who said she will seek the Democratic nomination.
Daley has served as state budget director, a top aide in the Legislature, and chief of the Higher Education Coordinating Board before becoming Deputy State Treasurer.
Grimm told his staff he will be putting together a national association for public pension fund trustees in an attempt to improve the management of the nation's central source of capital.
