Engagements

  Hasse - Niewuenhuis
   Amber Hasse and Jeremy Niewuenhuis are engaged to be married in a garden ceremony at Monte Villa Farmhouse July 21.
   The bride is the daughter of Gary and JoAnn Hasse, longtime Woodinville residents.
   She graduated from Woodinville High School in 1994, and is currently working as a customer service representative for Olympic Insurance.
   The groom is the son of Bron and Joanne Niewuenhuis of Monroe.
   He is a graduate of Monroe High School, and is currently employed by Rac Foaming.
   Pierce-Edwards
   Jennifer Pierce of Woodinville and Richard Edwards of Snohomish are engaged to be married on July 13 at Sun Rise Community Church, located at the South Lake Stevens Grange Hall.
   Pierce is the daughter of Christine Humphries of Woodinville. She graduated with the Bothell High School Class of 1993 and attends Northwest College. She works at Flower World in Maltby.
   Edwards is the son of John and Jan Dow of Snohomish. He graduated with the Snoho-mish High School Class of 1994 and works at Schnell Roofing in Maltby.
   The couple will be living in Woodinville.
   Schroeder-Freeman
   Melissa Schroeder and Michael Freeman, both formerly of Woodinville, are engaged to be married July 12, 1997.
   The bridelives in Brier, WA, and is the daughter of David and Judith Schroeder of Woodinville.
   She graduated from Woodinville High School in1993. She now attends Bellevue Community College part-time and works as an administrator for Bulger Safe & Lock in North Seattle.
   The groom also lives in Brier and is the son of Woodinville residents Gary and Suzi Freeman.
   He graduated from Woodinville High School in 1991 and served with the US Marine Corps, where he held the rank of Corporal.
   He is now attending Bellevue Community College part-time and works as an insurance salesman for Silvermark in Redmond.
   The two plan to wed at Embassy Suites in Lynnwood and will live in either Brier or Woodinville.
  
   Correction
   In an engagement announcement June 17, the groom's name was misspelled. The announcement should have read:
   Dudley - Poulsen
   Heather Jean Dudley and Brook Bullock Poulsen have announced their engagement and plans to marry Aug. 17 in Port Townsend.
   The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harry and Zoe Ann Dudley of Port Townsend. Heather graduated from Woodinville High School in 1988 and was a 1993 graduate of the University of Washington. She is currently a program assistant on the medical staff at Group Health in Seattle.
   Brook graduated from Davis High School in 1988 at Kaysville, Utah, and from Utah State University in 1995. He is employed at the Elliot Message Bay Service in Seattle.
