'Shopping Village' design shows creative thought
After reading the paper and seeing the plan for the new "shopping village" in Woodinville (Woodinville Weekly, Sept. 16), I am relieved to see that there was a lot of thought put into having some country character designed into the new complex.
This is more in keeping with Woodinville's rural, country nature. Having lived in Woodinville for 15 years, I've seen the downtown area become more and more of a concrete and strip mall eyesore. Thank goodness for Molbak's and a few other exceptions.
Praise and thanks go to those involved that are responsible for putting creative thought into the new "shopping village."
