Aviator releases new ale and new mustards
Woodinville-based Aviator Ale has recently released the newest of its microbrews, Harvest Ale. Dusty Wyant, general manager of the brewery, describes the new ale as the "perfect beer for fall ... with a full-bodied flavor ... and slightly sweet overtones."
The brewery has also announced the introduction of a new line of gourmet microbrewed mustards.
Amber Ale Mustard is a deli-style mustard featuring the caramel flavor of Amber Ale. The seeds are left in. Honey Brown Mustard is a sweet-hot classic with the flavors of Honey Brown Ale and a touch of honey. Smokey Porter Mustard has a smokey flavor with the flavor of Aviator porter.
All three are made with natural ingredients and are available now at the Aviator Ale Brewery. They will soon be in area supermarkets and retail stores.
Consumers of any Aviator Ale are encouraged to return empty bottles to the brewery for recycling. Aviator will reimburse consumers 5 cents per bottle and match another 5 cents with contributions split between the Museum of Flight youth education programs, the Tuskegee Airmen Scholarship Fund, and Washington Citizens for Resource Conservation.
The Aviator Ale brewery is located at 14655 Woodinville-Redmond Road NE. Call 487-0717 for information or directions.
