Patricia Jean Clemence
Patricia Jean Clemence of Walla Walla died Sept. 22 in Seattle.
She was the beloved wife of Jim Clemence of Snohomish; sister of Jim Bottorff of Idaho, Marilyn Steele of Richland, and Mitzi Gilbert of Yakima; daughter of Dotty Bottorff of Richland; and daughter-in-law of LaFon Clemence of Snohomish.
A memorial service was held Sept. 27th at the Woodinville Community United Methodist Church. Gifts in memory of Mrs. Clemence can be made to Wellness Works, 12910 Totem Lake Blvd., #700, Kirkland, WA 98034.
Robert "Bob" Drake, age 40, passed away at his Woodinville home Sept. 24 following a three-year battle with leukemia.
Mr. Drake worked in the golf industry for 15 years, pioneering innovative improvements in golf club shaft and head designs.
A frequent international traveler, he used his language skills, creativity, technical know-how, and his love of golf to become a friend and business associate with hundreds of people throughout the world.
Mr. Drake will also be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor, and ability to raise the spirits of those around him.
His survivors include his wife, Jennifer; his three children, Luke, 18, Mary, 16, and Elizabeth, 14; and four brothers and two sisters.
Memorial services will be held Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. at the LDS Stake Center, 14536 Main St., Bellevue. The family requests that all remembrances be sent to the Robert Drake Memorial Fund at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle.
