King County Library System's Annual Used Book Sale will be held Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kamiakin Junior High School, 14111 132nd Ave. NE in Kirkland. All books are 50 cents each or $5 a bag. Call 684-6605.
