   Book-It Repertory Theatre will present Winesburg, Ohio, a staging of Sherwood Anderson's novel of life in a small Midwestern town, Oct. 24-Nov. 17 at The 1219 Westlake Ave. North Building in Seattle. Call 216-0833.
