   Tickets are on sale for Pacific Northwest Ballet's Nutcracker. The ballet opens Dec. 5th at the Seattle Center Opera House and runs through Dec. 29th. Tickets are available by phone at 292-ARTS, at all Ticketmaster outlets, and at the PNB Box Office.
   The Pacific Northwest Ballet also presents The New York Encore Nov. 12-16 and 21 at 7:30 p.m. and at 2 p.m. on the 16th. Tickets are from $14 to $69. Call TicketMaster at 292-ARTS for tickets or for more information.

   The Ladies Musical Club presents music of the Post-Romantic Era on Nov. 14, 5:30 p.m. at the Seattle Art Museum and music for woodwinds with pianist Yuka Sasaki on Nov. 16, 1 p.m. at the Seattle Asian Art Museum. Call 654-3166.
