   Seattle Children's Theatre opens a world-premiere adaptation of Pinocchio, with music and lyrics by Chad Henry, on Nov. 15 at the Charlotte Martin Theatre at Seattle Center. The beloved tale of the puppet who longed to become a real boy moves through 15 different locales as the headstrong Pinocchio encounters magical surprises and dangerous mishaps. The production features 19th-century set motifs, inventive human and animal costumes, puppets and masks, and Seattle musical theatre artists. Pinocchio runs through Jan. 26.    The Bellevue Christian High School Drama Department will present The Crucible Nov. 21-23, 7:30 p.m., at BCHS, Greene Center Commons.
