On Nov. 2, in the 19600 block of 144th Avenue, five to six gallons of gasoline were siphoned from a vehicle parked at a business, making it the fourth time an incident has occurred at the location in the past six months. The business owner and police are looking into ways of securing the area, possibly with fencing.
On the night of Nov. 5, a new $1,300 go-cart weighing 355 pounds was stolen from the back of a local hardware business after fencing to the yard was cut through.
On the night of Nov. 6, two $4,000 portable arc welders were stolen from a local steel company after unknown suspects pried open the door to the business. Using a gas-powered forklift, the suspects also made off with other equipment, including 400 feet of electrical leads.
