new soccer shed A storage shed for the Woodinville Soccer Club was was completed in time for the fall soccer season at Hollywood Hill Elementary School. The shed provides a permanent home for nets, lime, and other equipment that in the past has moved from garage to garage.
Boy Scout Ian Jones worked on the shed as part of his Eagle Scout community service project and helped coordinate volunteers from Scout Troop 422. Fellow scout Jason Whaley developed his own Eagle project by designing and constructing the landscaping around the shed.
The project was assisted by material and donations from Chaussee Cedar Siding Company, Ampac Roofing Company, Knoll Lumber, Floor Decor of Woodinville, and J.T. Construction. Members of the soccer club who helped with the construction were Greg Goodman, Brian Johnson, soccer club president Michael Spong, Diane Clayton, Geoff and Brandon Clayton, and Rob Robinson.
