Woodinville Library (788-0733)

   The first in a free series, Great Opera Singers of the Century, with baritone Leonard Warren, will be presented Dec. 3, 7:30 p.m.
   Mother Goose Time for ages 12-24 months with parent or caregiver will be held Nov. 27 at 10:30 a.m.
   Storytimes with songs and crafts for ages 2-3 with adult are set for Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. through Dec. 18.
   A fun-filled half hour of stories, music, and crafts for ages 3 to 8 will be held on Mondays through Dec. 16 and Tuesdays through Dec. 17 at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Parents are welcome.

Bothell Library (486-7811)

   Meet the delightful Mr. Dickens Dec. 1 from 2 to 3 p.m. For ages 10+.
   Learn how to Start Your Own Band Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. For ages 12-20.
   Recipes and samples of Holiday Breads will be presented Dec. 4 from 7-9 p.m. For all ages. Register.
   Preschool Storytimes will be held Fridays through Dec. 13. Ages 2 1/2 to 6 (with adult) meet at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Ages 4-6 meet at 1 p.m. Register.

   Share Songs of Holiday Traditions from around the world Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. All ages. Register.
   Toddler Storytimes for children 2-3 with an adult will be held Wed. at 9:30 a.m.
   Preschool Storytime for ages 3+ are set for Wed. at 11 a.m. Register.

   A Christmas Carol will be presented Nov. 30 at 1 p.m. Sponsored by Teen Northshore, the event is free and for all ages.

   From the Streets of Shakespeare to the Court of Elizabeth has been cancelled and rescheduled for Feb. 6 at 6 p.m.
   Join Judy Rainwater, home economist and author, as she shares creative cooking ideas Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. For adults. Register.
   Toddler Reading Time, for ages 2 and 3 with an adult, are set for Wednesdays at 10 a.m. and Mondays at 1 p.m.
   Stories for the Afternoon will feature stories, songs, and special activities for ages 4-8, Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
   Storytime at Sammamish Station Tuesdays at 2 p.m. includes songs, fingerplays, and simple crafts for 3+. Music at the Station features rhythm, singing, and musical games on Wed. from 7-7:30 p.m. Call 836-8793.

   Enter the Young Writer's Coffee House poster design competition and win a $10 prize. Artists 12-18 can submit entries by Nov. 27 at 5 p.m. More information at the library.

   Children ages 3-5 can take a book break with children's librarian Laurie Bates for stories, fingerplays, music, and crafts Tuesdays through Dec. 17. Younger children are welome with adult. Register.
