Avoid the post-holiday letdown on the day after Christmas by taking part in the annual Messiah sing-and-play-along at University Unitarian Church, Dec. 26 at 7 p.m.
The entire oratorio will be performed, directed by Karen Thomas, music director at University Unitarian Church and artistic director and conductor of Seattle Pro Musica. Singers and instrumentalists are encouraged to bring their own scores. Some loaner scores for singers will also be available.
Tickets ($8 general, $5 students and seniors) will be available at the door (open at 6 p.m.). Refreshments will be available for a small donation.

The Everett Chorale will host their annual Messiah Sing-Along Dec. 26 at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at Rockefeller and Wall Streets in Everett. Singers are asked to bring their own scores, if possible, but music may be borrowed.
A suggested donation of $5 plus a non-perishable item for the Food Bank will be accepted at the door.
