Power company workers appreciated
Concerning the ungrateful person who wrote in complaining about power company linemen not getting the power on: Why weren't you out there freezing your hands and tails off to get the power back on, like all those workers were?
I've lived here 30 years, and every time the wind blows down trees, our electricity goes out. That's not [the workers'] fault, but they always go out and fix it no matter what.
Inconvenience yes, but you probably camp out with more inconvenience than that. Why not do something constructive with your time instead of complaining?
I want to thank all of the power company workers for their hard work. I appreciate it, even if someone else doesn't.
