Free computer classes at Woodinville Library
The Woodinville Library will be offering free computer classes during the month of January.
Classes in advanced Library Catalog & Beginning Search Bank will feature advanced ways of using the library catalog and include an introduction to the Info Trac databases, including magazine, business, and Pro CD Phone. Classes are scheduled for Jan. 13, 20, or 27 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
An Introduction to the World Wide Web is set for Jan. 14, 21 or 28 from 3-4 p.m. The class, which features a brief introduction to using Microsoft Internet Explorer, will also be offered Jan. 8, 15, 22, or 29, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Beginning Library Catalog, an introduction to using the library catalog, will be offered Jan 9, 16, 23, or 30 from 2 to 3 p.m. Other dates and times for the class are Jan. 11, 18, or 25 from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.
Advanced InfoTrac Search Bank will be offered Jan. 10 or 24 from 4-5 p.m. Participants will learn advanced searching techniques in magazine, business file, health indexes, Pro CD Phone, and BIP Plus.
