   Towne Bank has announced the following promotions: The board of directors approved Rick Meikle as the chief executive officer of the bank; Ross S. Maynard was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer; Paul Sabado became senior vice president and senior loan officer; and Philip N. Corneil was elevated to senior vice president and manager at the Bellevue location.

   Lonnie Covin of Woodinville has recently joined Windermere's Woodinville office as a sales associate.

   Woodinville resident Mical Sneed has joined Lynnwood Mortgage Corporation's Mountlake Terrace branch as a senior loan officer.

   Edward Jones scored No. 1 in Registered Representative magazine's 1996 survey of the nation's top eight financial services firms and made its third appearance on the "Forbes 500" list of the largest private companies in the country based on revenue.

   Hydro-Geosciences, Inc. (formerly Engineering Geosciences) has relocated its office in the Woodinville area. The company provides consulting services in environmental and water resources hydrogeology, engineering geology, geotechnical consulting, and environmental site assessments. The firm is a member of the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce and its clients include Frontier Bank, Columbia Winery, and Delta Pacific Corporation.

   Mackie Designs, Inc. of Woodinville has announced its earnings will be lower than financial analyst estimates for the fourth quarter of 1996. The lowered expectations are primarily due to the delayed introduction of new products, but the company has announced that shipment of its new large-format mixer boards have begun.
