   The Eastside Association of Fine Arts will present its annual Members' Wintergarden Show at Bellevue Place Feb. 3-8. This year's show, Art From the Heart, will feature artwork by EAFA members in all styles and mediums including photography.    Seattle Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park will have a special exhibition of Abstraction and Expression in Chinese Calligraphy through Mar. 23. Twenty-four hanging scrolls and handscrolls are being presented, dating from the 15th to the 20th centuries. Arts of Korea and Vietnamese Ceramics will also be featured.    Bellevue Art Museum's 11th Annual Celebration Especially For Children--Once Upon A Time runs through Feb. 9. Admission is $3 and every Tuesday is free. For more information, call 454-3322.
