MARCH 10, 1997
by Al Hooper
On Monday, March 3, Commissioners Ben May, Don Leggett, and Frank Peep were unavailable for the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Woodinville Fire and Life Safety District.
The meeting was cancelled, according to Commissioner Don Eddy, who was available along with Commissioner David Callon. Eddy made the announcement to about a dozen people who attended, and who expressed to the commissioner a desire to participate in the meeting.
When asked if the vouchers were all signed, or if there were any other problems caused by the inability to hold a meeting, Eddy replied that everything was in order, and that he anticipated no problems.
The Commissioners meet regularly at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the district headquarters, located at 19900 144th Ave NE.
