   Are you looking for something to do over Spring Break and are in 6th-9th grade? Are you interested in exploring different forms of expression such as video, theatre, juggling, cartooning, and magic to develop skills in conflict management? Come to Discovery Weekend at the Lake Wilderness Center in Maple Valley. Transportation will leave from Marymoor Park in Redmond. The event runs from noon on April 15th to 9:45 p.m. on April 16th. If you are interested, call 296-4281. Space is limited and registration forms must be postmarked by April 7th.

   Don't forget! The Annual Fool's Day Parade is coming up. Are you busy the morning of March 29th? Come and be part of the Teen Northshore float. There is still work to be done, so if you want to help create the float, we can use you. Call 344-6417 if interested and leave your name and phone number.

   The Northshore Pool at the YMCA is open to everyone Monday-Friday 7:30-8:30 p.m. If you want more information, call 485-9797. Lessons and exercise classes are also offered.

   Open gym for basketball and volleyball at Kenmore and Northshore Junior Highs is held from 7-9 p.m. every Friday night. Call 296-2964 with questions.

   Be part of the Monster Prom contest sponsored by the Mirror. Look for entry forms inside the Mirror's March and April issues or pick one up at participating Bon Marche Cube Departments and Tux Shops. You can win a prom dress, a tux rental, dinner for two, or the grand prize. The grand prize is a dress, a tux, dinner, a limousine rental, and make-over and photo shoot at Barbizon School & Agency. Can't hurt to try!

   The Woodinville Library is offering introductory classes to Microsoft Word and the World Wide Web. Class times and days vary. Call 788-0733 to get more details and see what classes fit into your schedule.

   Teen Northshore is gearing up for its Annual Teen Auto Show. If you want to help with its planning, call 344-6417 and let Teen Northshore know that you're interested. Applications for the actual show will not be distributed for awhile.

   Do you want to read your original poetry? Do you want to hear others read their original work? Every Tuesday at The Globe Cafe in Seattle, you can find the Salon Productions Poetry Open Mike. The event starts at 8 p.m. You have to sign up at 7:30 to perform. For more information, call 328-9248.
