Bicycle Advisory Committee

Bicycle Advisory Committee The Washington State Department of Transportation (DOT) is looking for an individual who wants to improve bicycling conditions by representing King County on the WSDOT Bicycling Advisory Committee.
   The purpose of the Bicycling Advisory Committee is to advise WSDOT on bicycle transportation facilities, issues, and programs. Committee members also work with local bicyclists to identify bicycle projects needed along or across state highways.
   The Bicycling Advisory Committee consists of seven citizens from across the state. Members serve three year terms. The committee meets three times each year at locations around the state. The next meeting is Saturday, May 17 in Spokane. Call (360) 705-7258.
