Baha'i concert

   Singer/songwriter Russ Salton will perform and share his thoughts about the Baha'i Faith at the Woodinville Library on Sunday, April 6th, at 3 p.m. The public is invited to attend the concert and enjoy an afternoon of music and spiritual food for thought. Admission is free. Salton plays acoustic guitar and characterizes his music as melodic soft rock. His first CD is scheduled for release later this year. Previously Woodinville residents, Russ and his family now live in Gig Harbor.

Children's theatre

   The Village Theatre presents Wind of a Thousand Tales Apr. 3-5, all performances at 7:30 p.m. at Village Theatre's First Stage. Tickets are $3. Call 392-1942.
   The Village Theatre will offer a theatre arts education program at the Village Theatre on Apr. 5 from 9 a.m. to noon. Open to ages 10 to 20. Registration is $25, plus $5 materials fee. Call 392-1942, ext. 124.

New restaurant

   Gopal Daz, previous owner and chef of Calcutta Restaurant in Duvall, has opened India Cuisine, a new restaurant in Lynnwood, specializing in the foods of India. Call 771-6422.

Open house

   Chateau Ste. Michelle will host an open house tasting in their wine shop featuring specialty wines and cheeses April 7. The $5 charge at the door includes a logo glass. For information, call 488-1133.
